I am a home baker who started making birthday cakes for my friend's children and things just took off from there. I have diplomas in the craft of sugar paste and royal icing and I am HSE registered and inspected. I love making children's cakes and christening cakes but I get really excited when I am asked for something different where I can let my imagination run wild!
