We are a very creative, passionate, mother and daughter team who are obsessively focused on delivering a superbly enjoyable experience, from ordering, designing and delivering the very best tasting work of art possible. Yasemin our baker, has a B.Sc. in Baking and Pastry Arts Management, which is the highest baking qualification available in Ireland. She trained in Slice, The Cake Cafe and the Merrion Hotel amongst others. Yasemin's keen eye for detail and unique design sense have inspired her handcrafted entirely edible creations, incorporating elements such as hand painting and life-like sugar flowers. She is constantly researching and refining her recipes combining professional pastry techniques with innovative modern ingredients. The Cake Lab is registered with the Environmental Health Executive of Ireland and is HACCP certified. We have been featured in many magazines, including Confetti, Wedding Journal, Stellar, Gay Weddings Ireland and One Fab Day.
