The eldest of 4 girls, I spent most of my childhood baking delicious gingerbread cookies, jam puffs and vanilla sponges with my mum Kathy while singing along to Mary Poppins ‘Just a spoonful of sugar’! Needless to say there is sugar in my blood! The Cake Cuppery was established from my family kitchen in 2011 and what started as a hobby making cupcakes, grew steadily into a full blown cake business! By 2013 I created my first wedding cake. I am super privileged to say I own an award winning company that has appeared on RTE, TV3 and been featured in numerous magazines and online articles over the past few years.
