Sugar Blossoms was set up two years ago after realising there was a gap in the market for high quality bespoke Sugar Flowers .Many sugarcrafters spend hours creating sugar flowers for Wedding or celebration cakes, for some it's not their best skill ,others refuse orders as they don't make flowers. I provide a service of making all bespoke flowers for any occasion. My journey into the world of sugarcraft began over twenty years ago after I attend evening classes, some years later I began teaching classes, later opening my own cake decorating business from home. Though I enjoyed all aspects of sugarcraft my passion is making Sugar flowers. I taught all aspects of the PME Modules, I am an accredited Patchwork Cutter Tutor & Demonstrator. I teach private groups, workshops & adult education & children's classes in Dublin and surrounding areas. My amazing sugar flower creations have been awarded many Gold, Best in Class (Cork Sugarcraft Association & Chef Ireland) and Best in Show (Dublin Sugarcraft Guild) awards both in Ireland and the UK Cake International 2016. I operate a 'no order too small policy'. I will suggest flowers to suit your cake or I will work from your own designs . I can work within budgets & offer discount on large orders. I guarantee my personal attention to detail which will be evident in my designs.
