With over 20 years in the catering trade, Sinead Nolan, founder of Crown your Cake, has incorporated great cake making skills with various decorating techniques to meet the demands of customers and ever changing trends in the market. She originally trained as a Chef, then went on to qualify as a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator and worked in various restaurants and hotels including The Westbury Hotel and the Hotel Conrad London. Sinead hosts Cake Art Skills classes focusing on creating caricatures from modelling paste, hand-painting on cakes and a few more key skills that she is especially passionate about. Sinead would love to hear from you and is constantly inspired by customers ideas and suggestions.
