Cove Cake Design is an award-winning bespoke wedding cake design studio founded in 2013 by Suzanne Brady. A former research scientist, Suzanne discovered a passion for baking and cake decorating during a career break that led her to complete a Masters Certificate in Cake Decorating from Squires International School, a PME Diploma in Sugar Flowers as well as masterclasses with internationally-renowned cake decorators. Suzanne's passion lies in creating delicious and unusual cake flavours, working closely with each client to create a bespoke design finished in her signature contemporary and elegant style. Her delectable flavours, design precision and fresh modern style have resulted in Cove Cake Design cakes being applauded and featured in numerous wedding magazines and blogs from around the world. Her passion for unique and interesting cake flavour combinations has also led Suzanne to share some of her recipes on her Cove Cake Design Blog which won 'Best Dessert Blog' category at the international Golden Tier Awards in association with American Cake Decorating in New York in 2017, recognising the standard of recipes and photography which has made the blog, and business, a huge success. She is also a regular recipe contributor to online food magazine www.thetaste.ie, which was voted 'Best Digital Online Magazine' in the world in 2016.
