I began making cakes 8 years ago on the eve of my daughters first birthday. After 3 days and a lot of unpublishable language i finished a little cake but also realised i needed to learn more about sugarcraft and baking. Hundreds of hours of practice, classes with world renowned experts and many many late nights later i think i have improved a little from that very first cake. Since then i have received commendations and medals at competitions taught classes and made hundreds of customers very happy on their special occasions.
