Hi Una here owner of 2210 Patisserie, My story began when I attended GMIT at the age of 17 to study Culinary Arts and Business. From there I went on to work in some of the best restaurants in the country including Neven Maguires Mac Nean House. On the 2.2.10 my beautiful Nephew was born which inspired the name of my business. My first foray into cake decorating was his first birthday cake! I have been decorating cakes, cupcakes and making yummy treats ever since and I havn't looked back. First it was a hobby and quickly grew as a business and an overwhelming passion. I opened the doors of 2210 Patisserie in February 2015 specialising in custom and boutique cakes for weddings and various other celebrations. We launched a range of drip cakes in late 2015 and have a large variety of these on offer. We also design and create dessert/treat tables for special occasions and corporate events.
